I have been using like 2-3 times a week and it has helped with my damaged hair. It spreads really good and rinses quickly, without leaving any residues on the hair. Very great for any type of hair! It's not to thick or it doesn't feel too watery. It gives my hair some volume.

If you have thin hair this mask is ideal for you as it is not super thick. I would personally stick with buying the normal conditioner as the packaging is more convenient.

This mask is very thick and creamy. It was easy to cover my hair in it with a scoop. The smell is kind of strong and a but chemical but it works wonders. It really left all my flyaways laid down and smooth. My hair definitely felt healthier after a few uses. It was a great improvement to my dry, brittle hair thats been colored. It was a needed refresh.
