I recently tried the Natasha Denona HY-BLUSH Cloudy Cream Cheek Duo in the new shade Nude Muse, and overall I've really enjoyed using it. It comes in a sleek, glossy compact with both the blush and highlighter, plus a mirror, making it super convenient for everyday use or throwing in my work bag for touchups. As I'm turning 50 next month, I prefer products that make my skin look effortless and glowing, not overdone, and this definitely gives that soft, radiant finish. The product felt moisturizing and blended smoothly over my YSE primer without disturbing my base. I did notice I had to apply a bit more product than I usually do with my Rare Beauty or Patrick Ta powder blushes/highlighters to get the payoff I wanted. I also found it worked better applied with my fingers rather than a brush. It seemed to melt into my skin more seamlessly that way. I love the Nude Muse shade for a natural, everyday glow, but I am interested in trying a pinker tone like Sweet Cheeks next. I received this product for free for my honest review, but I would consider repurchasing!

I must say that upon receipt of this product I was very very intimidated by the vibrant purple hues! It definitely lived up to the name of lush Lila with a bright lilac color palette. I am typically not a huge purple fan and so I was hesitant to try this as I usually look good in soft paler pink tones. But WOW, this blush and highlighter duo is a true masterpiece! Leave it to Natasha Denona to create a product that is of a silky soft composition and applies like a dream either with my fingertips and a gentle smudge or my blush and highlighter brushes. The bright purple actually turns into a fascinating pinkish shade on my face and the highlighter is not sparkly at all but leaves instead a classy shimmer. Although I would never have chosen this duo on a store shelf I am now convinced that it suits me far better than my typical pink/nude options. The color lasts and lasts and applies like butter over any of my foundations. It has made me a Natasha devotee and am now searching through her other high quality cosmetics for my next treat.

While I received this product for free for an honest review, I will say I was a bit intimidated by the lavender. In the picture it looks more bright pink, but in person in leaned a bit more purple. I had tried the lilac fenty beauty cream stick way back when and I felt like it did not work with my skin tone at all. I have to say I was so pleasantly surprised by this product! I feel like the color payoff is really good. Its not overly pigmented initially, but has a more builldable formula. I prefer this method, because you're not afraid of over applying product. Then the champagne topper is so cute if you want to make your blush a bit shimmery instead of a natural finish. I've used this product either with a brush or with a sponge, and both applications work really well. Highly recommend!
