Not for African American hair
This product didn't work at all on my natural hair. Cute but literally slipped right off.
I have used these since the 80's!
I have a set from the 80's I still use, but I have a new smaller set for travel. Great for tight formed spiral curls. In the 80's it gave me a seriously iconic hair do, now considered a "don't" lol. Last forever obviously too.

It does the job, not sure how it'd work for long hair but for short hair it's great. It gave excellent volume. I loved that the product itself it's slim and easy to use. I did feel them a lil hot when appplying so a heat protectant glove would be nice to use

I received the Conair Hot Sticks Hair Rollers as a gift for my honest review. I've used several types of hair curling tools before but it was my first time using hair rollers. There was definitely a learning curve for me on how to wrap my hair around the sticks but after watching a few tutorials on youtube I found some helpful advice and found this product to be super easy to use. I like the fact that I can quickly wrap up my hair and use the time to do makeup and get dressed and by the time im ready so is my hair. I feel like with a little hairspray my curls lasted much longer then a typical curling iron too.
