Apply Holographic Eye Paint to eyelids with fingers or your favorite tool for as much or as little as you're into. The canvas is yours!

not for hooded eyes
I've never left a review at Ulta before but I'm so disappointed in this I have to. You cannot use this over eyeshadow you cannot use this over eye primer you cannot use this if you have hooded eyes it is the stickiest thing I've ever experienced in my life it does not dry down it lifts up in patches as you blank you cannot set it with anything because it just comes off with the brush as you said it it is a disgusting texture I have it on my eyes now and I've had it on my eyes for maybe 30 minutes that is already completely gone at the crease and is shearing and patching on the small space I have above my hooded eyes. I am returning this
Very pretty
This is a very pretty unique shade. I was hoping the bluish tone would stand out a little more, but the pink seems to stand out quite a bit, but it is still very pretty used with glitter eyeliner. It has a galactic look.
I LOVE this product!
I purchased the eye paint as a way to subtly add more pizzaz to my make-up as I already to lean towards a maximalist side already. I found that the yellow shade worked best as it is similar to the white but the subtle yellow pigments allow it to be more noticeable on it's own. It is safe to say I am obsessed and will purchase again!
