Decent mascara

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This may be the cutest mascara tube I've had. The application is easy, the brush is a bit different but no complaints. I did not experience any fading or flaking. The product on my eyes itself wasn't lightweight but it also wasn't heavy or anything either. Not sure why it's called XL because that's not what it gave but it helped make my lashes look thickened.

Flakes, Difficult to remove, but looks decent on
Like most Milani mascaras, this one flakes on me! I love the price point so I was eager to try this new formula. While it looks decent on, and is easy to apply, the same cannot be true for removal. Not a true tubing formula. It's hard to get off.
