BondiBoost recommends using 3 times per week for optimal results. Massage a small amount into wet hair, lather and then rinse. Repeat as necessary. Can be used daily or every other day if desired. The Product Development Team have advised that the formula is perfectly balanced with protein and moisture and suitable for all hair types. This shampoo and conditioner smells like medicated dog shampoo. On top of the terrible odor, my poor fine hair looked dry AND greasy at the same time, if that's even possible. My hair felt like straw. Avoid this.
