I was pleasantly surprised on the effectiveness of the Bumble and Bumble Heat Shield. First, the smell is wonderful and not overpowering. It was very pleasant. I noticed when I used it that it did seem to help some of my frizzy ends. I have long fine , colored treated hair and often times this can be an issue. It did not weigh my hair down. I tried it when blow drying my hair and when I straightened my hair. What I enjoyed the most about the product was the lasting shine that it left. Even after some time, the shine lasted. The spray is very lightweight. I would recommend the product and will purchase in the future!

I recently received this product and tested it. I'll start off by saying this is my first time using a heat protectant and I have fine, thin, somewhat wavy hair. First off I just have to say it smells great. You could smell a tiny little bit of the alcohol content, but the actual smell of the mist is really good. It sprays well and evenly. It also feels pretty lightweight. It's a watery spray. It dissipates pretty fast. I feel like it's soaks in pretty fast too. No sticky residue or anything bad. Smell seems to stay long after which is nice. I always blow dry and straighten my hair, so I love that I was able to try a product like this. I normally don't go out of my way and buy products like this. It was also a really nice size bottle too. I may use this product more often because heat damage can be a real issue and I do have a lot of flyaways and frizz. I hope with time I can see some noticeable improvement.
