Disappointed
I have very straight strawberry blonde hair that is almost to my butt. It has always been shiny and soft, but since I had a baby, it has changed, so I was recommended to try this line out. I was very hopeful, but honestly I was very underwhelmed, if not disappointed in the result. I dont think its doing anything to help strengthen and soften my hair and it just feels "chemically". Idk how to describe the feeling, but I get better results from way cheaper products so that sucks. I have gone through a whole bottle of this and the conditioner and its just not worth the money in my opinion.
Not the same
I do not understand why they changed something so amazing? The products is not the same. Neither is the scent. Im so upset and disappointed. They lost a customer. Brands need to leave things alone!!!
Not the same formula
I have always purchased Lanza hair products and sadly I am disappointed. The consistency changed, along with the scent is totally different. It doesn't lather the same as before and it does not even smell the same as the old forumula. Please be advised if you purchase. Even the bottle looks smaller and the consistency is cery watery. Not worth the money and thid was always my favotite products.
