Won't Buy Again
I used to use this product 11 years ago when I was transitioning from coloring my hair to growing in my gray. It was recommended by my hair stylist and was extremely healing for my hair. I decided to try it again since my now gray hair can tend to be kind of dry. It doesn't smell the same, I think they must have changed the formula and maybe are under new ownership. It dries my hair out and dries my scalp, and it increases shedding and I do not care for the new product at all.

I HATE the smell of the new formula and its just not the same formula. I have loved this shampoo and the matching conditioner for a couple of years now and I'm so sad that I'm on the hunt for a new shampoo and conditioner again. The smell is so strong it gives me a headache.

Hair Type Wavy Hair
My hair was very dry from highlights. I started using this shampoo and my hair is now soft and smooth. No more breaking hair.
Disappointed
I have very straight strawberry blonde hair that is almost to my butt. It has always been shiny and soft, but since I had a baby, it has changed, so I was recommended to try this line out. I was very hopeful, but honestly I was very underwhelmed, if not disappointed in the result. I dont think its doing anything to help strengthen and soften my hair and it just feels "chemically". Idk how to describe the feeling, but I get better results from way cheaper products so that sucks. I have gone through a whole bottle of this and the conditioner and its just not worth the money in my opinion.
Not the same
I do not understand why they changed something so amazing? The products is not the same. Neither is the scent. Im so upset and disappointed. They lost a customer. Brands need to leave things alone!!!
