Hi there! How often will I need to replace this derma roller?
- Asked by Pamela
- Official Answer By Bondi Boost - Brand EngageHi there! Thank you for your question. You’ll generally want to replace your derma roller every 2–3 months, depending on how often you’re using it. Over time the needles can become blunt, which makes it less effective and a bit harsher on the scalp. If you’re using it around 1–2 times per week (which is the usual recommendation), that 2–3 month window is a good guide to keep things working safely and effectively. A good tip is to also keep an eye on how it feels - if it starts to feel less smooth, it’s time for a fresh oneWas this answer helpful to you

Can you use the bondi boost lock in treatment then do the derma roller at the same time
- Asked by Dawn
- Official Answer By Bondi Boost - Brand EngageHi there! Thank you for your question. Yes, the Derma Roller works really well with topical treatments! Since everyone's scalp can react differently, we do suggest patch testing a small area first. Then you can enjoy the full treatment if it's a good fit!Was this answer helpful to you
- Q
Can this product be used on the face to stimulate beard growth?
- Asked by bc
- Official Answer By Bondi Boost - Brand EngageHi there! Great question! Our Hair Growth Derma Roller works by creating tiny micro-channels in the scalp to help your hair growth products absorb better. However, the skin on your face is much more delicate than your scalp, and the needle size that works well for your scalp might not be the best fit for facial skin. We’d recommend consulting with a dermatologist before using a derma roller on your face to make sure it's the right choice for you. They’ll also be able to advise on the best products to use, as some facial treatments aren’t designed for broken skin. Was this answer helpful to you

It's cool
So I started to use the derma roller, it's not my favorite tool but it has given me slight improvement. I just wanted to see if it would help my grow out my hair overall, but I think this would be better if I had a patch that needed help.

Paint came off!
When I wanted to use this derma roller I started disinfecting it by soaking it in alcohol but I noticed the paint came off! That's horrible because I can't use it anymore, i cant risk the paint going into my scalp. Horrible quality :(
I am not sure
This derma roller looks amazing and great quality but when I sanitized it in alcohol the paint peeled off and i don't mind but it would be better if the material wasn't sensitive to alcohol.
