This is my 1st bottle. So it depends on how the process goes. I stocked up as reviews state differences are noticed after 12weeks. I can say that the Kardasians (did I even spell their name right? lol) know their stuff. Every Lemme product I have used has shown a big difference in the first few week...

I have used these for a week. For the first two days, I took the recommended dose. However, after noticing that the supplements were causing a headache, I decided to take only one capsule/day. No headache but have discomfort in my forehead.

I'm just about to finish my first months supply of lemme grow but I have noticed a huge difference in my hair! Not necessarily length yet because I know that can take a while but manageability and shine is crazy. I could go only 2 days without washing before my hair got too gross but now I can go up to 4 now and it still looks decent
