I have been using this product for a couple of years but my complaint was that it pills, BAD. Did the company see those (many) complaints and fix that issue? Is this an improved formula that doesn't pill like the previous formula?

Nothing is for everyone. I thought: let me wear an SPF-free moisturizer for the days I stay indoor. So I bought this, just for moisture. When I first apply this, it is fresh, absorbs quickly and my skin feels moisturized. Come back an hour later: my skin in shiny-oily, the same teenage look I reall...

New Packaging is Terrible
I don't understand the redesigned packaging at all. It seems like it actually uses more plastic and the choked collar makes it harder to access the product. I love this product, this is a very disappointing choice by Origins.
Love the product - New Packaging is Terrible!
The new packaging has a smaller opening at the top, making it more difficult to access the product inside. It's not too bad at first, but as the product is used up it gets more difficult to get the amount you want up & out of the container. Why would they do that? Please go back to more accessible packaging! Other than that your product is great!
Disappointed
I normally love origins products, but this one is unusable for me. I really wanted to like this product but when I put it on, it's so sticky. It feels like I'm putting honey on my face. My skin doesn't feel good with it on, and after using it for 3 to 4 weeks hoping I would get used to it, II'm throwing it away. I just put some on about three minutes ago and my skin still feels sticky to the touch and it feels dry under sthe stickiness, and like it's being pulled.

I ordered the "gel" cream by mistake largely because Origins keeps changing the product names and containers. The gel cream pills under foundation and is difficult to get a smooth look. I typically use the Ultra-Hydrating Cream, which doesn't pill, but is now called Energizing Rich Cream.

I have been using Origins for many years, it used to be a very decent product, however, Origins have gone downhill recently, this specific moisturizer is a water down version, it dries the skin, very poor quality
