I have used this night cream for so many years. When I reordered, after the bottle and box change, it is a gel, it is watery and just awful! The suggestion for me to reorder, as I do every few months, led me to the gel which I hate, due to the confusing nature of the new labels. They are not clear at all. Even my prior orders changed their picture to the gel product. And now I cannot exchange because it is after 30 days. This is an expensive item.

I am so disappointed! I have been a faithful customer for over 20 years and this was my staple night cream, I saw the new look of the bottle and hesitated but it stated same formula…but it is not. the other version was a cream and this is a gel, it is watery and just awful! i have broken out on my face and it doesnt feel hydrating at all. this is so unfortunate. please change the formula back, dont change a great product whom you have had faithful customers!
