If you freeze the mask, I find it is too cold. I put it in the fridge around dinner, and the mask is ready for bed time. I love this mask. I was gifted this from a friend and it really does help with puffiness. It feels like a weighted blanket for my face, i love it.
I awoke with one side of this pressing against my eyeball
I have very dry eyes and was hoping a sleep mask would help but no way. At least not this one - I awoke to find one side of it pressing against my eyeball so hard that I was in pain! It's very stiff plastic - horrible idea for a mask material!
Migraine relief
I'm happy I tried this for my migraine. It's great! Very soothing.
Terrible
I put this in my freezer because I struggle with migranes and headaches and then I slept with it on and it gave some sort of rash/ infection my face was all red with small tiny dots. I stopped using it after a while then recently tried to use it again ( with out putting it in the freezer) for one night and it gave me the same result.

I love the fabric side and the beads are great! I bought this for someone that also has migraines and now want one for myself. I would give it five stars if it worked for heat also.
