If you freeze the mask, I find it is too cold. I put it in the fridge around dinner, and the mask is ready for bed time. Heavy sleep mask
I bought the mask to help relieve puffiness but it wasn't effective for that at all. It felt too heavy to be an all night sleep mask. I used it for almost a week but ended up returning it. The mask shifted in position in the middle of the night making it uncomfortable so I would wake up and take it ...

Eh.
So basically I put it in the freezer, it got hard as a rock so I couldn't use it. ONLY PUT IT IN THE FRIDGE!! If you want it to be really cold, put it in the freezer for maybe 30 minutes max is 1 hour.
Great eye mask
I love this eye mask. Cooling and feels so relaxing.

After first time refrigerating it melted and was leaking everywhere. Waste of money.
Terrible
I used this mask a few times and all of a sudden the gel beads became super tiny. I purchased another one and again after a few uses the gel beads just shrunk. I don't recommend.
