Hello. Is it normal for this product to burn during application? I had done a quick cleans with some manual exfoliation prior to using this product to second cleanse and experienced burning? I'm hoping it's just because of the exfoliation I did prior to. I didn't realize until after that this product does have mild chemical exfoliation in it😳. BTW, Lancome is one of my top brands, I really hope its user error 😔.

I use the Lancome Crème Mousse Confort Creamy Foaming Cleanser. But want to double cleanse with a make up remover. Can I use the Milky Creme Cleanser before the Confort Creamy Cleanser or do they do the same thing?

We recommend using an oil-based cleanser first to remove makeup and impurities from the skin, following that with a foaming cleanser. We recommend trying our Bi-Facil Double Action Eye Makeup Remover, and then cleansing with our Crème Radiance Cream to Foam Cleanser for oily skin, or our Mousse Radiance Cleanser for dryer skin types. Is this just a makeup remover or can it also be used to wash my face with? For instance, I use a makeup wipe to remove my makeup, then I jump in shower and get face wet use this and rinse off. Not really sure what this product is, but I bought it because my Lancôme lady at Ulta is trying to find things to work with my VERY confusing and sensitive skin.

I bought Lait Galatee comforting makeup remover milk with honey and sweet almond oil for dry skin. Can I use it as face cleansing / face wash for daily higene routine ? Should I apply it on wet or dry skin? And should I rinse it off or it's enough to tissue it off by using cotton pads or wet cloth? Does it remove acnes as well? Just don't know how exactly I should use the product .

Wonderful product
This is the best makeup remover out there. It takes off even long wearing makeup and does not feel greasy or uncomfortable. It is fragranced, which I personally love, but if you prefer a fragrance free product, you might not like this one.
