For maximum impact with PÜR Fully Charged Mascara, begin by placing the mascara wand at the base of lashes. Hold for a few seconds to set. Wiggle the wand in a back-and-forth motion and repeat to build. For dramatic volume, apply PUR's Fully Charged Mascara Primer first, allowing it to dry slightly before applying mascara. To reach even the tiniest lashes, use the tip of the wand vertically for precise application. For best results, avoid pumping the wand in the tube as this introduces air and can dry out the formula. Pro Tip: To help prevent drying out the mascara, do not pump wand. Replace every 3 months.

Fully charged mascara
This product is very thick and clumpy on the brush and lashes it does not go on well is flaky and dry once applied I would not recommend this product. The container says mascara powered by magnetic technology. So I'm not sure what ingredients are in it.

I received this product in exchange for an honest review. This mascara is wonderful. The applicator brush is great. Its a little fluffy but the bristles arent super close together. It fans out the lashes more than a lot of other mascaras that cause clumping because theirs are so close together. Theres no clumping with this mascara and the formula is not dry at all. It glides on smoothly and it doesnt have fall-out. The mascara lasts all day and it doesnt make my eyes water or anything. I highly recommend trying this one out.
