Where is it?
When i first opened the balm, it was half empty. The texture makes it impossible to use. You get some on your finger and it falls off. I finally get some on my finger and it rubs into nothing. I was very excited for this and became extremely disappointed. I will be returning this item

You Gotta Know This For Best Application
This is a true balm in every sense, and it feels incredible! The absolute best way to apply it is with a tiny makeup spatula—scoop out a little bit, warm it up between your fingers, and gently tap it on. It melts into the skin so nicely.

I'm in love with the texture of this product and how it feels on my undereyes.

The texture makes it imposible to blend it in the skin.
Would not buy
I got this product as a GWP and its so weird. It really does nothing for me and the texture is crumbly and it's extremely hard to apply. Dont see the appeal at all.
