The ingredients in this prenatal vitamin aren't any different/better from any other prenatal vitamins on the market. The only distinction to be found is in the hefty price. Save yourself some money and buy some Garden of Life vitamins—they're organic and are derived from plants and, in my experience...

Got pregnant after three months of taking these! I took them with vitamin D, Calcium and Magnesium boost. Out of all the prenatals on the market these were the ones I trusted most to give my body the nutrients it needed to support a pregnancy.

I feel like these vitamins were made for me. My pcos has been unmanageable for 7 years and I was close to giving up and was going to let it run its course. After researching and comparing meds, vitamins , other supplements. I finally came around Bird & be. After 2 months of taking the power prenatal + coq10's, let me tell you how amazing I felt. I didn't feel fatigued, my metabolism works a lot better, my headaches lessened, less facial hair growth and I finally menstruated. The relief of my body finally being able to do what it is meant to do. I fell clean and finally normal. Yes, it's 7 pills a day. (I admit I'll skip a day or two but the pills still continue to work). It's absolutely worth it for all the vitamins in 1 packet. I'm so relieved to finally find an answer for my problems. 100/10 recommend.

I swapped to Bird&Be after my first IVF transfer resulted in a miscarriage. I knew that moving forward I only wanted the best quality vitamins! Through my second transfer/pregnancy and even through most of my first year postpartum I LOVED these. Now I am almost 1 year postpartum and gearing up for fertility treatment round 2 and went back to the power prenatal for the best egg quality I can get!

I switched to the Bird&Be prenatal after over a year into our fertility journey. After 3 months of taking the power prenatal + CoQ10 boost, we saw drastic improvements in my fertility health and symptoms, and saw higher egg quality and count in our second egg retrieval! I give a lot of the credit to this line of prenatals, and strongly believe this has been a game changer for us!

I've been taking these for about 4 months and my cycles have become more regular. May just be due to time (recent miscarriages) but I feel like these prenatal are helping. I'm not great with swallowing pills and there are a lot of pills in this pack but I haven't had any issues. I take half in the morning and half in the evening. Love that they all come together in one package. My husband even started taking the men's version a few weeks ago.
