Amazing eye primer for oily skin.
I used to love UD eye primer. The formula is not the same. This primer is an amazing product.
Makes Eyelids Oily and Patchy
This product dries down within literally 5 seconds, and goes on very patchy no matter how little of it I used. It is insanely sticky and tacky to the point where I had to rub some off my eyelids to reduce irritation. I found it impossible to work with. They might have recently changed the formula, because this has rave reviews but I really can't see how.
