Start with the brush at the base of your lashes and, gently wiggling the wand back and forth, sweep up and through to the lash tips. Hold the brush with the curved side up to coat and load the lashes and the concave side up to curl and lift lashes.

Overall good! Does smug. Does flake.
It definitely lifts but it DOES smug and flake. Also a little goes a long ways so if the applicator has too much on it, it'll cake it on. I have straight eye lashes and this does a good job holding the curl. I didn't use an eye lash curler either.

Crappy product.
This stuff is horrible. After putting it on, 10 mins later it was still not dry and I only put one layer on. My eyelashes were sticking together and I ended up washing it off and using what's left of my other mascara, simply ageless lash plumping, which incidentally you all stopped carrying anywhere...

The formula is great. No strong scent. No weight to the mascara! Which is perfect. Adds the perfect amount of volume your looking for. Pigment is also on point.
Eyes burn like no other😭
I honestly LOVE this mascara because it keeps my lashes lifted & fluffy but whenever my eyes water or i cry, it burns my eyes SO BADDDD. Im gonna buy the waterproof version and i hope it works cuz this is my fav one🥲

I am really disappointed with the CoverGirl Enhancer 3D Mascara. The formula is very wet, clumpy and takes forever to dry, which makes my lashes stick together and look messy. It also weighed my lashes down and didn't hold any curl or add length at all. Even though the mascara is really black and the price is affordable, the performance just isn't there. I wouldn't repurchase or recommend it.
one of the worst mascaras i've ever used
as a redhead i love trying out brown shades and this one looked promising as it was a very reddish brown color. i was super disappointed by it. my lashes have no problem holding curl with other mascaras when i curl them before applying, but this one was so bad that it completely weighed my lashes down not just straight but to the point where they were pointed downward. it also clumped, did not lengthen them at all and just looked horrible. i ended up washing it off and using my old mascara instead. i would not recommend this to ANYONE.

Was pretty disappointed in this mascara although the price was good (under $9) & the Intense Black color worked for me. No waterproof options found for this mascara at my store. Package says you don't need to curl your eyelashes prior to applying, but don't believe that nonsense...curled my lashes prior to applying, as usual, (and they always hold a curl all day when I use my normal Maybelline Rocket Volum' Express Waterproof) but this mascara didn't hold hardly any curl. Plus, applicator held too much product, it globbed on, making it hard to separate lashes after application, and took forever to dry. Saw some flaking later that morning, & by mid-day my lashes were pretty much straight with hardly any curl left. WON'T be purchasing this mascara again.
