Is this good to use for Low Porosity Hair

When it comes to low porosity hair, the Redken Extreme Shampoo is a high-performance choice but requires a bit of strategy: For Low Porosity: Your hair has a tightly closed cuticle that can struggle to absorb moisture but is often very strong. Because Extreme Shampoo is a Protein-rich formula (with our Strength Complex), it is specifically designed to fortify and reinforce damaged or sensitized hair. The "Protein Balance": For low porosity hair, too much protein can sometimes lead to "protein overload," making the hair feel stiff or brittle because the protein sits on the surface of the cuticle rather than being absorbed. If your hair is damaged/breaking: Use Extreme Shampoo to repair the bonds, but always follow it with a very moisturizing conditioner (like All Soft) to help open the cuticle and provide the hydration your low porosity hair needs. If your hair is healthy but dry: You might find that the All Soft or All Soft Mega range is a better "pop" for your hair type, as those focus on intense softness and moisture which penetrates low porosity cuticles more effectively. Is this good for bleached hair? My hair is so dead, fried, breaking off and falling out. My master colorist friend recommended this product. But there's two redkin extreme.

Is this sulfate free? I saw a previous question answered with the list of ingredients, could I get get a yes or no answer please? I can read the bottle, but don't necessarily understand/recognize the chemical names for sulfates. Thank you!

Redken products can be used without any fear of skin or scalp irritation as the contact with the skin is very short. Sulphates are ingredients that create the foaming effect of shampoos and shower gels for example and that help rid the skin and hair of soiling. To identify them in our products, look at the ingredients list on packaging. They can be found under names such as SODIUM LAURYL SULFATE (SLS), SODIUM LAURETH SULFATE (SLES), AMMONIUM LAURYL SULFATE.Was this answer helpful to you

Saved my hair
Ive been bleaching my hair for a long time and swim regularly so my hair has alot of damage. I should say had because this shampoo and conditioner saved my hair. My hair looks and feels just as soft as it did before I began dying it. It is expensive but I bought it during a sale so it was a shampoo and conditioner for the price of one bottle! I wash my hair every 3 ish days so its lasted awhile.
Game changer for dry frizz prone hair

I am a natural grey / silver of 8 years. I have tried high end (yes higher than Redken) I would have to say that the EXTREME shampoo and conditioner are 100 times better for natural silver / grey hair. It is delicate, and breaks easily. I have noticed a HUGE difference in the amount of fall, and what is in my brush after round brushing. It has cut the breakage and fall by over 80%. I do only shampoo twice a week, and I use a mask (so soft or the extreme mask) every other week and leave it on for 30 minutes to an hour and follow up with the extreme conditioner afterwards to seal it all in. (I was always told to do this and it works for me). This is the answer for all us silver sisters or even platinum. I no longer use purple shampoos and incorporate the Color Extend Blondage Anti-Brass Purple Hair Mask this in with my Redken Extreme conditioner every time I wash. I use a little less of the Extreme conditioner and add about a nickel or quarter size of the Violet Mask and mix them together. Never once have I turned purple or blue. It's bright white silvers, and holy SHINE! I have found my perfect hair recipe and will never turn back.
