My usual makeup .
Mistake in shipping
I ordered 2 porcelain beige foundations. They shipped me 1 porcelain beige and 1vanilla. I went to the store, no porcelain beige in stock. I asked them to order for me and they explained that it was on sale and if I ordered it, I would have to pay regular price??? because I ordered them on sale. The fault was in the shipping process sending me the wrong color. So I had to drive to the other side of town to get the correct shade. I am a senior citizen, I don't drive much across the city. I couldn't understand why they couldn't order one for me, I wasn't in a hurry. I don't understand why it wasn't an even exchange, I wasn't at fault? So yes, I was disappointed with this process.
