Shake well before use. Spray directly onto clean, dry skin. For best results, apply to feet or body and gently massage into the skin until absorbed. Allow product to dry before covering with clothing. You may notice a subtle sensation while applying that will fade quickly.
Avoid contact with eyes and open or irritated skin. If eye contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. If eye irritation persists, contact a physician. For external use only. If ingested, contact a physician or poison control center immediately. Keep out of reach of children. Not for underarm use.

I absolutely love this magnesium spray! The eucalyptus and spearmint scent is fantastic—very calming and perfect for winding down. When I applied it to my feet, it went on like a very light oil and gave a wonderful, refreshing cooling effect. It left my skin feeling incredibly soft and refreshed, honestly mimicking that clean, relaxed feeling you get right after a professional pedicure. One thing to note for new users: my husband tried it and felt a light tingling sensation. The bottle does mention that this can happen, so it's completely normal, but it's good to keep in mind if you have sensitive skin. Overall, this is an amazing product for recharging both your body and mind. I highly recommend it!

I have a tendency to get restless legs and once it starts there's no end it sight and even after it does die down, my legs are left sore and achey and then I still can't fall asleep. Someone recommended to try magnesium lotion for the restless legs and sleep aid, but have yet to try it until I got this sample. This stuff works SO well. It smells great without being overbearing, works relatively quick, and doesn't leave your bed smelling like it, or leaving stains on your bed either. I would highly recommend this to anyone struggling with sleep or restless legs!

This product is good for minor pain chronic pain not so much. Big plus is the smell it smells amazing. All in all I would use this product but only if the pain in not to bad.

I am on my feet all day while at work and even on my days off, I'm trying to catch up with yard work, cleaning the house, etc. Often, my legs and feet ache so bad that I would wish for a massage therapist. Well, this has solved my problem. I have used it multiple ways- just spraying on my legs and feet, wherever I ached, rubbed it in and within minutes- I'm relaxed and at ease. I also added it to my bath tub soak which was very relaxing as well. My 5 year old get a serious growing cramps in his legs and I used this on him and gave him a baby massage and he was immediately put to sleep!! So it killed 2 birds with one stone- solved my boys cramps and put him to sleep!! Can't beat that!! 🎉🤩
