Use in the morning and the evening. To remove makeup and cleanse your skin, massage a generous amount of balm into dry skin using circular motions. Add water to create a milky lather, and rinse clean with warm water. This 3-in-1 Cleansing Balm can also be used as a mask by applying it to clean skin for 10 minutes, 2 to 3 times per week, and rinsing it with warm water.
Precautions: Avoid getting in eyes. Rinse eyes thoroughly if contact occurs.

This means considering not only direct emissions but also downstream emissions from our suppliers and emission during the use phase by consumers. Not A Fan
There's a distinct fragrance to it. If you're sensitive to smell when face cleansing, I suggest to stay away from this one and try the other option. It works well to remove all makeup and stubborn mascara. With that though, it does leave your face feeling greasy. Like there's still product on. I am having to then cleanse after with face cleanser. Sometimes having to wash twice.
Greasy Film Left Behind
Its hard to fully wash this off of skin, takes a few rounds usign facewash to get the cast off, it also leaves a film in the sink. Not worth it in my opinion.
Didn't work for me
I tried using this a few times but was very disappointed each time. I don't think my skin is compatible as it felt super greasy and washing it off was a nightmare.

If you want yo burn the heck out of your eyes, when uou think it's all off, this is the product for you! I very rarely return things, but this is getting returned!
It's effective but not my favorite formula
