Does NOT budge!!
I'm an EMT that works for a busy system for 12-18 hour shifts I have been using this eyeliner for like four years now and when I tell you I sweat like an animal at work and rub my eyes and this ish does not move! For removal I find that oil cleansers work best; I would like to add this applicator is for for the faint of heart but once you get the hang of it you'll love it. I give it 4/5 because it is a tad hard to get used to but it is my goto!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS
Very terrible eyeliner extremely bad thick formula the brush is even worse. Getting ready for an important day at work try this on for the first time as the time went by I started converting into Amy Winehouse not only that but this liquid has no movement at all it doesn't glide. It's such a waste of an eyeliner and just filled me up with rage this morning my makeup looks so bad it looks like I haven't washed my face in days especially my eye area it looks clumpy dry I can't even smooth it out without adding another three layers and also not only that but it clumped up my lashes. I just have to go into work looking like I haven't washed my eyes in days

spent 4 emotional days wandering around in Houston in August- the air literally sticks to you. I sobbed, my eyes watered from the fan blowing on me, I sweat constantly. this eyeliner was perfect all day, still dark and solid at the end of each day. 10000x better than any other waterproof makeup I've ever worn. before this I used brands like stilla and benefit. this is so much better and 1/3 of the price.
