Incredibly disappointing, terribly made product.

This is the only liquid eyeliner I use
I got this eyeliner kind of on accident, and it was the happiest mistake I've made - I've been buying it on purpose ever since. The brush/bottle format means, unlike most eyeliner pens, that it doesn't dry out, and that you can control the amount of eyeliner you have on the brush. I know this sounds obviously, but it matters. It means I can get the most beautiful thick cat eye, or the most thin traditional eyeliner look with the same product. It also literally stays on forever once it dries (more dramatic looks do require dry time, so just keep that in mind before you go blinking with it wet). It's waterproof, and some cleanser proof. It does not smudge. I use an oil cleanser to remove, and it does come off well with that. If you want something that offers multiple looks, is super flexible, stays put, won't smudge, and looks amazing... this is it.
SO disappointed in this formula
I saw the reviews being 3/5 stars and I ignored it out of pure nostalgia. This was my holy grail eyeliner for half a decade before it was discontinued. I was ecstatic to see they brought it back and waterproof. It definitely that, waterproof. Doesn't budge after it sets. Dry time is pretty fast so there is less room for error. I am not sure if the brush is different but it is not as precise as i remember. It could be this formula being so sticky, when i try to wipe off the excess from the brush it coagulates at the tip. So far not a fan.

Okay so this is a great eyeliner for an intermediate makeup user. I dont recommend if you're new to eyeliner.
