Use 2-3 times per week on wet hair after shampoo: 1 dose for fine to medium textured hair. 2-3 doses for thick to curly textured hair, add 1 more dose if you have long hair. Once the product is activated by water, you may experience a pleasant warming sensation. Use a conditioner after, if preferred.
Precautions: Use only as directed. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water. If irritation persists, consult a physician. Keep out of reach of children. Unable to hold a curl
I used this once over a week ago, I did find it made my hair smoother but I feel like ever since my hair will not hold curls (from curling iron) quite the same way. I am hoping it will get out of my hair soon. I returned product....that's a deal breaker for me.

Hair Type Wavy Hair
I have a slight wave to my hair. I dye my hair blonde so it's Very dry! I've struggled to find a product that helps to condition my hair. This is the 1st product out of dozens that actually does what it claims in only 8 seconds. I still use a conditioner mask after applying this product.
Leaked during shipping (still great)
I ordered this online and it was just thrown into the box with no packaging; no plastic wrap or stopper or anything. It leaked all over everything else I ordered and ruined a blush. Bright side: bottle was still mostly full and the actual product is amazing. I have wavy/curly hair and when I use this my hair comes out moisturized and defined right out of the shower. I literally dont need to use any other product; no curl cream, no gel, nothing! I just scrunch out of the shower and let it air dry. Highly recommend, but buy in-store if you can!!

I first used this product about a 18 months ago, and thought it was great. It made my dry, unmanageable curls much smoother. I used it about once a week for the first six weeks or so, then about once every two weeks for another couple of months. The one thing that always troubled me was, why only 8 seconds? what happens if it is 15-20 seconds? I have shoulder length, layered hair. Even if putting on the ends of the hair, with layers it is difficult to keep it entirely away from the scalp. And after applying it, I would comb it through quickly then rinse as quickly as possible, but even so, sometimes it could have been as long as 15-20 seconds. Although I still loved the product, I was more concerned that I could not manage the treatment for as short a time as its name suggested. So I stopped. Soon after I became aware of having less hair. I thought perhaps I was shedding due to summer heat. It is now a year later, and my once thick hair is appalling disappearing. I now have no need to use a hairdryer; what strands are left cannot hide my scalp; the hair has receded about two inches from my temples; overall I would say have about a 1/3 of what I had a year ago. I have been to the doctor to see if it is health related, medicine related, vitamin deficiency, vitamin toxicity .. all negative. I feel it is this product that caused this ongoing loss of hair. How do I stop it? Is it reversable? Surely there must be a way to fix this. I have no proof that this product caused this problem, but personally, I am sure that it did. This product should have very strong instructions on the importance of Not Touching The Scalp in any way.. and Not to be used on shorter length or layered hair styles... And state up front, WHY only 8 Seconds.. It feels as light as water so it seems harmless... Appropriate warning on the label is imperative. And if I should find out that I am wrong, I promise to come back to this site and update accordingly.
