Love it - with one exception
I was a little confused when I first opened it - between the two pieces of the mask and the way it's packaged, a lot of separate things fell out. Once I got it sorted out and used it, I love the results. It's extremely moisturizing. I'm in my 50's and the air is dry here, and my skin looks insane...

This is the first Loops mask I've tried out of the variety set that I purchased. I was very excited, but slightly let down as I think these masks might be overhyped. The mask seemed sloppily placed inside the package, it was a bit tangled up when trying to open and separate the two pieces. This may differ by each mask, but it wasn't obviously or easily distinguishable which side was the textured side. The textured side also seemed to irritate my upper lip and my chin, and I don't have sensitive skin or are recent to a wax, dermaplaning, or breakouts, etc in those areas. It almost felt more of a relief to take it off, it became itchy/scratchy with any movement at all. The mask did a great job at staying in place, fitted very well and hydrated my skin nicely. I let the serum sit on my skin overnight and I didn't see much difference in the morning, it's result definitely shined more immediately afterwards. I have other sleeping masks that tend to work better for me as far as lasting results and are also way more comfortable and with packaging that just makes more sense.

Messy with excessive packaging
I was super excited to use this mask after seeing all the good reviews. I was so confused when I opened the package since it was all squished together. There was a lot of unnecessary packaging. But I liked the results so I may purchase again.
Let's be honest
From the moment i opened this face mask i was irritated. The packaging is severly flawed as soon as i opened the mask the serum started to get every where. There is numerous plastic sheets to protect this mask and made it so difficult to find the real thing. The second and biggest problem for me was the holes for the eyes were not nearly big enough. The textured side gives a prickly feeling that sits right up against my eyelash and is so unbelievably uncomfortable/ annoying. I bought two hoping good things but i may just have to return the second one.
