Use the opposite liquid liner to create a pigmented, defined stare or a more dramatic wing, holding the precision Tarteist tip at a slight angle to trace it along the upper lashline.
Tarteist tip: For the perfect, crisp wing, draw a thin line away from the outer corner and connect it with the center of the lashline, applying two coats to fill in any spaces.

Ridiculously bad.

Meh
I like the liquid end it works, but gosh the pencil side is awful! I wanted it for my waterline yah right! Even after trying to warm it on my hand I get no color just physical chunks of waxy products stickin my eylashes
Tried them all/ this is a keeper
I usually throw out a liner that does not meet my expectations and continue trying to find one that does. I was surprised by the ease of applying and the staying power so this is a keeper.

Warerproof- Tarte keeps using that word. I don't think that word means what they think it means . Because I have never had an eye liner run/smudge and smear as much has this eyeliner. And it's not even hot outside! It's February. Biggest cosmetic buy regret i can remember biying in a LONG time!
perfect brown
I love this brown! the liquid is by far my favorite you can use one layer and have a light brown or let it dry and do another layer and it will get darker. I would 10/10 recommend and I absolutely will buy it again!
