I purchased this with my gift card from my birthday. I went to plug it in and it does not work. Not satisfied. I googled how to use it and I read the instructions. It should be pretty self-explanatory.

doesn't work
i bought this product because it was supposed to be better for your hair than a normal flat iron but it took many attempts on hight heat to make a difference (i have thick straight ish hair) it did nothing to the ends ans i just has to use a normal flat iron anyway
