Q
Does this product work well on shoulder length hair? Do i need to use on washed hair? Dry or wet?
Asked by Joie30
Official Answer By KITSCH - Brand Engage
It depends on your hair type, but we always recommend wrapping your hair while damp (80% dry) for the best results! However, we have found that some people get better results if wrapped on dry hair, so we recommend testing it a couple of ways to find your perfect routine. Q
does this work well on really long fine hair?
Asked by DonnaC
Official Answer By KITSCH - Brand Engage
Absolutely! The Satin Heatless Curling Set works well on long, fine hair. To use it effectively, start with clean, dry hair, consider using a lightweight styling product for better hold, divide your hair into sections, wrap them around the satin-covered curling rods, and leave them in overnight for the curls to set. In the morning, remove the rods gently, style your curls, and use hairspray if needed! Was this answer helpful to you

Magical!

I am seriously loving this satin curling rod. I have long mid-back length color treated hair. My hair holds a curl fairly easily but mostly falls out by the end of the day even with setting spray. I'm trying to use less products and heat tools on my hair to keep it healthier. I ordered this satin cu...

Unsuccessful to date

I have tried to use the satin curling set three times so far. Unfortunately, my hair has not turned out looking anything like in the videos I've watched or the reviews I read. However, it might be user error. I have quite thick hair that is medium length. (I have not yet tried using special curlin...

I love this heatless curler! It always takes me super super long to curl my hair using an iron (not to mention how bad heat is for hair) but it takes me about 5-10 minutes to use the curler for beautiful curls that last most of the day! If you want longer lasting curls I'd recommend using a hairspray, similar to if you were using an iron, but I'd say the staying power of these heatless curls even without a holding spray is leagues better than if you were to just curl your hair and use no other products. I'm also a side sleeper and didn't find the rods uncomfortable to sleep in. No complaints!

Don't recommend for thick hair

My hair is pretty thick & kept slipping out of this. I tried several times and it would not stay. This probably works better for finer & thinner hair.

I watched a Kitch tutorial on how to use them and they turned out great! Somewhat difficult to sleep in but worth it.
