Doesn't work for the price
I have bought & exchanged 4 different ones because the cold feature doesn't remain cold. At first I thought they were defective. NOPE! I specifically wanted it for the cold settings so I hope that Shark fixes this & releases a new one.

Cooling Effect is Short lived
Bought this for my mom. She said the cooling effect does not last long due to the inside of the machine heating up and competing with the cooling effect. Retuned it.

Definitely something you wanna have at home easy to use makes you feel like you having a spa day. Instructions are easy. Charges quick. Makes you feel relax i did enjoy it. Love that comes in the little pouch. Does make a bit of noise when is cold. I think is worth the try. Love that you can have it cold or hot.

I love this product. I am Always very leary of these types of things , however I was pleasantly surprised on how good this made me feel ! I put moisturizer on first then I apply the cold setting and it feels so good. My eyes and face feel refreshed and smooth. Then I spritz a calming spray on face. Love it! Worth the price.

I absolutely love the Depuff Shark! It's beautifully designed, easy to use, and feels amazing on the skin. I especially love it for gentle facial lymphatic drainage and helping reduce the appearance of puffiness. As a lymphatic therapist, I appreciate tools that allow for light, controlled movements without putting too much pressure on the tissues. This one has quickly become one of my favorites.
