We would recommend the Defy Damage Protective Shield or the Dream Blowout Thermal Protection Créme for heat protection. You can use the Treatment in the morning. The normal recommendation is just a few pumps before bed-no need to rinse-just wake up and glow. It’s that easy! We would recommend to apply evenly to clean dry or towel-dried hair at bedtime. Less Breakage;longer hair
I have now been using this for 2 years. I use it every time after I wash my hair, so about 4 times a week. My hair is softer and smoother, with much less breakage. Less breakage means my hair is longer than it has been in years, because I'm not having to constantly trim split ends and do damage control. It took me a year and half to use one bottle, so a little bit definitely goes a long way! I also love the soft fragrance of it, and the texture is lightweight, easily absorbed, and not greasy feeling.
