The flaking and itchiness started improving within the first couple of weeks now my scalp feels calm, balanced, and actually healthy. It helps treats my scalp without making my hair feel stripped or dry. Some dandruff shampoos can leave my hair feeling rough, but this one still leaves it soft and manageable. The 2% salicylic acid gently exfoliates my scalp so it feels like it's actually removing buildup instead of just masking the issue. I'm so happy I domt have to deal with flakes on my shoulders and jackets.
