Helps with brain fog. I'm grateful! I am having some chest pains that may be related to overdosing on some supplements - it's not yet clear what the cause might be. I would appreciate more info on possible interactions. I'm also curious: do we need to take this for life, or only through a certain period of menopause transition? It would seem protecting one's brain after loss of estrogen would be ongoing.
