It's a no for me
Bought this on sale to see how my 4a-4b curls & coils would like it and it's just ok. I know if a product is for me the first time.. I don't have to use it several times for results. Perfect for fine 3a hair
I've been on a hair journey for a few years now, and as someone with fine 3a curls, conditioners have consistently been my biggest struggle. There are many are beautiful formulas out there, but they're just too heavy for fine curls, leaving my hair flat or weighed down. This conditioner is the perfect Goldilocks option. It hydrates enough to keep my curls soft, defined, and frizz-free, but my hair still has volume and bounce. It works equally well for me in both humid and dry weather, which is also quite rare. If you have fine, curly hair and feel like most curl girl conditioners aren't made for you, this one truly strikes the right balance. It's also worth noting that Ocoa sells super low-cost samples for their shampoo, conditioner, curl cream, and gel on their own website if you're hesitant to commit, which I really appreciated before buying full size.
Not for me
I used this and it dried my hair out. I'm glad that I only used it in one section versus my entire head, because it made it very dry and brittle/straw like. I tried to comb my hair and was not able to. I had to re-wash the section of (Hair) that I applied this too. I will be returning it to the store and I don't think I will be trying anything else in this brand of products. I have wavy and curly strands.
Its OK
I wanted to try to support smaller company, but its not great… it leaves my hair dryer and frizzy after.
Still Deciding
Hair Type Very Curly Hair
First go round, I don't have any complaints. I personally do like slip with my conditioner BUT it gets the job done. Finding a conditioner that I love is tricky. For reference, I have 4a/b hair

Frankly, after using the shampoo from this brand, I was lucky that this was a more favorable outcome otherwise my hair would have been shot! If your hair type is the same or coarser on the scale, I wouldl save my coin and skip this brand.
