- Start with a clean, dry face. Put on mask and adjust straps for comfort.
- Turn on the mask by pressing and holding the remote's center dial.
- Select a routine and press "Start." Adjust InstaChill with the remote's chill button.
- After the session, remove the mask. It will power down automatically.
- Clean the mask with a cloth slightly dampened with water.

My mask doesnt hold a charge I havent been able to fully use the mask because it always dies before the session is over even after being charged over night, I havent been able to notice a difference becsuse I cant use it consistently.
