- Start with a clean, dry face. Put on mask and adjust straps for comfort.
- Turn on the mask by pressing and holding the remote's center dial.
- Select a routine and press "Start." Adjust InstaChill with the remote's chill button.
- After the session, remove the mask. It will power down automatically.
- Clean the mask with a cloth slightly dampened with water.

Fast battery life
I had been wanting to purchase this item for a few years now. Sadly, i purchased and ended up returning shortly after. The battery for the mask dies SO quick. It needs a charge after about 6 sesions and takes 3 hours to fully charge. Also, mask was heavy. After a session, i had red marks from how heavy it is.
This is my favorite beauty product i have so far !

I have used this mask 100+ times since purchase and I absolutely love it. It's super sturdy and seems to hold up well despite daily use. The set up was easy and the mask stays on no what what position I'm in whether lying down or standing/sitting. My skin texture and acne look better too.

I've been using the mask for three months now and really like it. I think it has improved my breakouts. I use both the skin clearing and anti aging routines most days; each one takes only a few minutes and my whole routine is less than 15 minutes daily. I only rarely use the undereye cooling function. Without the undereye cooling and the fan running, the device makes no sound and the battery lasts several weeks on one charge. The cooling function activated the fan, which makes some noise although I can still watch TV, and considerably lowers the battery life. The cooling is really nice on hot days though! It is a slight concern that the cooling pads stop the LED light from reaching the undereye area. I can't confidently say that the mask has significant anti-aging effects, though I am hopeful. I am in my late thirties and have only beginning wrinkles, so I got the mask to help slow the process. I am sure any results would be very subtle and require consistent use over time.

I bought this for myself for my 50th birthday. I completed my 8-week Better Aging routine by habit-stacking, wearing it while I make my bed so that it doesn't feel like another chore. I was able to seamlessly work it into my daily routine, so it's easy to use and comfortable. I can honestly say that this works! My forehead creases and other lines are noticeably less prominent. My skin looks great! I've moved onto the maintenance routine and will continue to use it.
