It flawlessly applies my eyeshadow, and although I chose to use it for eyeshadow, I have no doubt in my mind that it would contour with ease! It's not too firm but also not too soft. Very satisfied!

I think this brush would work well for concealer under eyes as well, but I haven't tried it that way yet. It feels lightweight, yet durable, and was easy to grip! The bristles aren't too sharp and didn't cause any irritation.

I really love the Real Techniques Contour & Define Brush. The shape is perfect for precise contouring and defining cheekbones, jawline, and nose. [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This brush is such a unique shape, and it's very large for an eye brush. It's also nicely weighted. The way I like to use this brush is to apply a transition shade to my lid. I have hooded eyes, so it makes it really easy to apply the shadow with the point of the brush once you get used to the shape of it. It helped me be very precise woth the placement when using it that way which matches the name of the brush. I think this works well with different shadow types as well (powder/cream). I actually think this brush is really nice to use for applying concealer under the eye and to get into the spot between your eye and your nose. As well the point makes it easy to apply foundation on the side of the nose. Overall, I think this definitely does what it says it will and it can be used elsewhere on the face, so I'm giving this five stars.
