So good for hair sensitive to protein
This is the first shampoo out of many i have tried for color treated hair that i like. I dye my hair red which fades crazy fast so a color safe shampoo is a must but it has been hard to find one with no protein in it. My hair is very sensitive to protein so i love this product and highly recommend!

Clean Shiny Blonde Hair
Just tried the Color Motion Shampoo. Double washed because I have thick coarse long hair. Love how it lathers up and easily rinses clean. Definitely adding this into my shampoo rotation, smells good too!

I brought this product three weeks ago as a treat for my hair.I get my hair coloured approx 8 weekly The shampoo didn't lather it up it mattered up and I had significant hair loss , my hair came out at the roots where I always start my shampoo , three time and I freaking and back to hair dresser.The conditioner was good no issues there.Hair dresser very professional and gave me another wella product that is lovely and hair has stopped falling out .Horror story ended .Im not on any medication only change routine was this shampoo.

How is this considered color safe or color protective if its got sulfates?

- Official Answer By Wella Professionals - Sampling + BEThat is a great question. Sulfates have recently gotten a bad rap as being bad for you and your hair. The appearance of a sulfate in a shampoo does not automatically determine the "safeness" of the product. What you need to know is that sulfates are the ingredients that cleanse the hair. One would need to consume a large quantity of them to have negative results. We use only the highest-grade sulfates – which provide cleansing necessary without pulling color or damaging the hair. Optimal levels are contained in our products which leave the hair clean without drying. We offer a very nourishing formula overall, which is gentle on the skin and hair. The SLS (sulfates) used are in the international regulatory permitted range; they have been tested extensively for decades to ensure customer health and safety. Most of what we hear is a myth that comes from a "sulfate free" marketing campaign or company. Harsh sulfates will most likely always pull color from the hair and cause dryness. Gentle sulfates with the proper formulation of other ingredients will keep hair color longer than most sulfate free shampoos. Sulfate free shampoos most often do not cleanse the hair thoroughly enough to rid it of dirt, oils, product and environmental debris. This causes more dirt to attach to the hair and the formation of free radicals. Free radicals cause the fading of hair color. To protect color treated hair we have the Pro-Color Shield technology that prolongs hair color.
