Mix 1-part Wella Colorcharm color (sold separately) with 2-parts Wella Colorcharm Developer in a non-metal bowl.
Apply to the hair using your desired technique. Typically, starting at the roots, thoroughly distributing through lengths and ends.
Let the color develop for 20 minutes without heat.
Rinse the color out of the hair until water runs clear, shampoo and condition.

I recently got the opportunity to try the wella color charm 10 volume cream developer with influenster and ulta beauty. This developer is very mild, I didn't experience any stinging on my scalp as with other stronger developers do. I have used volume 20 and 30 before but not this volume 10 and it was great on my hair. I feel my hair is shinier and stronger. It doesn't have a strong scent even when I mixed it with the clear gloss.

This is definitely a great product for the value of it the texture was also nice my hair was really looking dull and I needed some shine now my hair is bouncy and shiny it looks and feel silky the packaging is nice the only thing I didn't like is if you squeeze to hard on the color package it can cause a hole in the packaging the scent was not bad at all
