Pre-lighten hair to the required level before applying toner.
Mix 1 part Wella Colorcharm Permanent Crème Toner with 2 parts 10 volume Wella Colorcharm cream developer. (sold separately)
Apply to towel dried hair and develop for 10-20 minutes, checking frequently for desired result.

T28 is the perfect toner for orangey blonde!
My son wanted to buzz and bleach as is the fad right now where we live. He has dark, thick, coarse brown hair, which is what I have, so I knew we would need a strong toner. I admit, i picked this one kind of on a whim and it worked fantastic. I can't uploaf a photo but we went from marigold yellow to nearly platinum blonde (think a level 8 to a level 10). I left it on for 30 minutes and it lasted for a good week+ with daily hair washing, pool visits, and really no upkeep whatsoever. Someone who actually protects their blonde would get more time out of it. For bleach, I used good dye young and left it for the max.

I'm naturally a level 3 (black-brown) lightened to a level 8 or 9 but was very yellow. I toned with shade T86 for 20 minutes and it completely eliminated my yellow tones and left it a cool toned blonde. if your hair is any darker than a level 8 (like a dark blonde) this is not gonna do anything for you, you need to be a light blonde or platinum for this to do anything. it's described as a lilac toner and if you're a platinum blonde this might actually make it look lilac or silver but if not it'll just tone out any yellow tones which still looks great
Didn't work for me sadly
I tried each of these toners. None of them worked for me. I had better results with a permanent toning option. There was no change at all. A complete change safe of time and $. My hair is wavy and beginning to grow out grey 45%. I have bleached it over the course of a year to a level 9/10. It should work. Best of luck. I'm not discouraging you from trying it, but I didn't see any result. I hope you do. Take care!
