Mix 1 part Wella Colorcharm Permanent Crème Toner with 2 parts 10 volume Wella Colorcharm cream developer. (sold separately)
Apply to towel dried hair and develop for 10-20 minutes, checking frequently for desired result.

probably wouldn't repurchase
got it for fun I guess, usually I use the t11 liquid toner. figured I'd try this to see if it lasts longer than the liquid toner color, which I feel fades within a month, but I do wash my hair every day (dont judge me, i need to) long story short I accidentally used a t15 during my last root touch up and it made my hair ugly. so I used this toner over it the next day and it did help to kind of cancel out what the t15 did, however I don't feel like it toned the yellow in my roots as well as the liquid toner. roots were around a level 8, the rest of my hair was like a 9. the color results are similar to the t11 liquid toner. this is slightly more buttery. it's probably fine if you're in a pinch and need a beigey blonde. my hair felt fine afterwards thankfully. I have thin, mostly straight hair. naturally level 4-5. got the shade t38 ivory. I only wouldn't repurchase mostly because the t11 is my hg toner. this was nice to try though. the color of this toner does seem to be holding up well and it's been about 2 weeks.
As directed, won't cover grays
I wasted color and developer with my first try because at a 2:1 ratio with 10 volume it absolutely won't cover grays. I luckily bought an extra tube the last time Ulta had it for 50% off, so I re-did it with a 1:1 ratio and 20 volume which worked for a nice gentle hint of color.
T28 is the perfect toner for orangey blonde!
My son wanted to buzz and bleach as is the fad right now where we live. He has dark, thick, coarse brown hair, which is what I have, so I knew we would need a strong toner. I admit, i picked this one kind of on a whim and it worked fantastic. I can't uploaf a photo but we went from marigold yellow to nearly platinum blonde (think a level 8 to a level 10). I left it on for 30 minutes and it lasted for a good week+ with daily hair washing, pool visits, and really no upkeep whatsoever. Someone who actually protects their blonde would get more time out of it. For bleach, I used good dye young and left it for the max.
