If I apply a gloss on top of the lip liner, will it be transfer proof?

Glosses naturally create a slicker surface, which can cause some transfer. great for newbies
im a very beginner level makeup user and i have INSANELY dry lips. i think this product is amazing for the average consumer who's experimenting. i use it to smooth out my lip line and hide imperfections, which isn't necessarily how lip liner is used, but i love it. the shade works well with other lip products and the formula lasts ALL DAY.
wouldn't buy again - very dry and matte
its very pigmented but it's a very hard lip pencil so more for matte lip look i think.
