I have spent what seems like thousands of dollars looking to find something to replace the Aveda smoothing solution that they discontinued that I loved for many years. This is by far the closest... I used this on a 103° day with 70% humidity and it hrld up well against that! It was the perfect balance of moisture for my 3A-3B, low porosity curls. My curls held their definition and i had good volume with almost no frizz. About halfway through the day, though, my scalp started getting really ...

Hair Type Very Curly Hair
I've tried so many curl creams and sprays, but this one is the very BEST yet. It really makes my curls bounce back and it smells good. (not overbearing). I have used other "it's a 10" products. Didn't know they made this one. "it's a 10 coily." Will be buying it again .
Really want to love it but…

My curls held their definition and i had good volume with almost no frizz. About halfway through the day, though, my scalp started getting really itchy. It was bad enough that i put cortizone on my scalp. I looked this product up on the Healthy Living app and sure enough, it is marked poorly for allergies and immunotoxicity. If it weren't for the bad reaction my scalp had, i would buy the entire line. So, I have mixed feelings about this - works great but doesn't react well for me at all.
