Apply thick layer on body, rub in to ensure no areas are missed. Use as a top up SPF for face. Apply 20 minutes before sun exposure and reapply every 90 minutes when outdoors. Reapply at least every 2 hours. Use a water-resistant sunscreen, if swimming or sweating.
Sun Protection Measures: Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a Broad Spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures, including limiting time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses.
Precautions: For external use only. Do not use on damaged or broken skin. When using this product: Keep out of eyes. Rinse with water to remove. Stop use and ask a doctor if a rash occurs. Keep out of reach of children: If product is swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
Active: Avobenzone 3%, Homosalate 10%, Octisalate 5%, Octocrylene 8%.
Inactive: Medium Chain Triglycerides, Ceresin, Dicaprylyl Carbonate, Butyloctyl Salicylate, Polyethylene, Citrillus Lanatus.

I got this for my young children to use. Melts into the skin, feels so soft and light so they love it. You have to be really careful with the application though. I feel like It's so light and clear that it can be hard to know if any spots have been missed or if there is enough on.
