Works best as a pre-cleanse!
Unless you have very dry skin, you should use this as a double/pre-cleanse. I have combination/sensitive skin with pore congestion on/around my nose. I use this as a pre-cleanse to help remove the top layer of my daily grime/oil before using my cleanser. I leave this cleansing oil on for 3-5 minut...

I'd buy other makeup removers
I got a travel size version of this for free with a purchase, and it has that lever/spout type top… which I hate because the oil gets all over the place no matter how careful you are. The way this smells is just so bizarre to me. I don't notice it too much if I just remove eye makeup, but if I remov...

This stuff is awful
Doesnt get everything off, mascara stags put and leaves a ridiculously greasy residue
FAVORITE CLEANSING OIL!

I have used the method of cleansing oils for years. This is by far the best & most affordable one I've come across. It leaves no residue on skin after rinsing with water and more importantly doesn't irritate eyes. My skin feels clean, brighter as well balanced.
Oh its an Oil barrier alright

It does not emulsify or foam... nope... the oil barrier it created was so thick that it clumped on my hands. It's an OK eye makeup remover but I had to use ANOTHER cleanser JUST TO GET IT OFF MY FACE AND HANDS... oh and then it slimed my shower floor and I slipped in it. Straight back to returns. Going back to my Ordinary Squaline cleanser... this is a safe ty hazard
Not for me!
Age 18-29
Skin Type Combination
As a makeup remover, it burned my eyes so bad and the pain lasted like a day. It also caused me to get a stye. I also tried it as an oil cleanser and it caused me to have a severe breakout. I never really struggle with acne so just be careful if you have acne prone skin. Only used it a handful of times, so never again!
works wonders
The reviews don't give this enough credit. I'm a makeup artist who wears layers and layers of makeup and this takes EVERYTHING off. I've tried just about every cleansing oil/balm on the market and this is my fave so far. As long as you use this on DRY skin, rinse, then follow with a water based cleanser; this will take off all your waterproof makeup and sunscreen quickly. No complaints.
