Apply to clean, dry skin in the am or pm. With closed eyes, hold bottle 10 inches away from the face and mist. Let Clean Start Prep Step dry down completely before applying other skincare. Use it after cleanser but prior to serum/essence, moisturizer, and SPF.

Milani Clean Start Prep Facial Mist
Love this product! I'm a minimalist when it comes to makeup (eyeliner, mascara and Bare Minerals foundation). I apply moisturizer first and once dried, I then apply the Milani facial mist. Moisurizer alone doesn't hydrate my face enough in the winter and since I began using the facial mist, my skin is far more hydrated, soft and looks healthy/glowing. Another bonus to this product is that it does NOT irritate my sensitive skin and has NO smell, which I appreciate. My foundation glides on smoothly and seamlessly. Definitely recommend this product!!
