Glide across lash line. Blend out quickly to achieve a diffused, smokey look or leave as is for a defined, bold look. After using, press cap in place to ensure it is airtight. As needed, pop out the built-in sharpener at the end of the pencil to sharpen to a precise point.

Decent, for certain applications
Wanted to try and love this since it had good reviews and I am always looking for a better eyeliner. I've tried lots- but I really need one that is smudge-proof, water-proof, easy application, clean, good for sensitive eyes and pigmented. Ha, is that too much to ask?! I love the subtle color and the buildability of the liner. You can go subtle for daytime and build for night time wear. My eyelids are oily so I am wanting to try with the primer. I believe that will increase the longevity of wear.

Let me say, I do like that this one is easy to apply and could be used for me as a touch up. It does better for me on my eye lids not waterline (it smudges and can smear for me, making me a bit raccoon-eyed later in the day). It does seem water-resistant, pigmented and doesn't make my eyes water.. but it doesn't fair as well if I break a sweat in high humid conditions. It's not as precise as a pen, but does blend well! It will be kept in my arsenal, but will use only in certain applications.
