Use spatula provided to scoop a small amount of cleansing balm onto dry hands then gently massage onto your dry face and eyes until makeup is fully dissolved. Add a little water to emulsify the oil and rinse face with lukewarm water.

Ruined my skin barrier
I wanted to love this product but I dont. It ruined my skin barrier and left my face red and itchy. I will have to return. It does have a really nice smell and I loved the original but this did not work for me.

It works great
I normally get the original (pink) jar. I got the yellow one because it was on sale. It still works the same. I can't stand the scent. For that reason alone, I will not repurchase this one. I will go back to the pink jar.

Although I have dry skin, this was still to much for me. Maybe Because it's a cleansing balm. I would recommend this 4 someone else and let them know it's a balm
Amazing Cleansing Balm
Very gentle on my sensitive skin. I have never used a cleansing balm before and I really like this for the way it melts into my skin. On my lazy evening face wash it is nice to rub into my skin and use a soft damp face cloth to wipe off without having to drench my face with water and splash all over the place. This is great two step in the morning face cleanser before the sudsy shower face cleaner.
Best Balm
I've tried like 4 different versions of the Clean it Zero Cleansing Balms. I like the original, but this is my favorite. It feels the most gentle, even compared to the "calming" one, which disappointed me. I have sensitive skin, and the suble vanilla fragrance is pleasant without irritating at all
better than cleansing oils IMO!
my friend gifted this to me and she put me on. i feel like this really removes my makeup and honestly you just need to wash the balm off correctly in between your eyelashes/tear duct. i feel like its great and i'm really willing to buy this product again after i finish with it. i think the size is acceptable but i would pay more for a bigger size. i love the mandarin c one as well! it really broke down my waterproof mascara and eyeliner.
