- Rinse face with warm water and gently rub in cleanser
- Rinse PMD Clean Acne under water and power on device. Pair with mode 1 or 2 for best cleansing results.
- Move brush head in circular motions, cleansing entire face, it is safe to spend more time in areas that may be of personal concern.
- Rinse face and PMD Clean Acne of any excess cleanser and pat dry.
- Turn on blue light therapy and apply to acne. The PMD Clean Acne will vibrate to signify the beginning of the 3 minute spot treatment. Repeat as needed on affected areas of mild to moderate acne.

It works! I bought for blue light to clear stubborn acne ick
Bought for blue light to clear un-diagnosed facial ick that is responding to fungal acne safe products. Even stopped a few trying to make an appearance. Have not used the vibrating/cleanser side but have repeatedly hit the button for it during the blue-light session, causing the device to stop, vibrate, and end the light session. Better design PLEASE. That's why I took a star off.
Defective product
I believe the one I received is defective. The light will not turn off no matter what I do. I guess I will return this one and try again with another one.
Great facial brush
Ive had this for almost 3 years and im buying another so i can treat my face faster! Ive used it everyday with no issues using regular cream and foaming washes and it works like a dream. I started out with the first smaller pmd and loved it but then i saw this one and its a bit bigger so i cant get into the corners of my undereyes so i have another manual brush for that small area but other than that it does its job great. Charges up pretty fast and the blue light treats and heals pimples fast. Sometimes i forget i have this option on the other side of my brush and wind up with a pimple that ive gone nuts on and then use this and it heals it right up. It does take a long time to treat multiple areas of the face so that is y im getting another. I highly recommend this product.
High Price for Low Quality
I charged, read instructions, attempted the travel lock thing, and it turns out this is just defective. I was going to use the warranty, but I'm just going to try for a refund with Ulta. Too much for such awful build quality
Overall great
I was hunting for something to help me at home with my rosacea, acne, and broken capillaries/spider veins on my face. After using this for over a year, I can say it has done wonders for my skin. The blue light really gets rid of purple and red veins in my skin, with regular daily use, I see results within 1-2 weeks. I have literally completely gotten rid of entire veins in my nose and cheeks with this! The facial cleaning brush is nice, too. My first one did break after owning for 11 months, does not seem as water proof as it could be. But thankfully they have a great warranty, and I was easily able to get a replacement.
