Amazing formula, but HORRIBLE packaging!
I have been buying this eyeliner for years. The formula is fantastic; it is a deep black, doesn't smudge, and doesn't irritate my eyes (5 stars for the makeup itself). Extremely streaky uneven application
This liquid eyeliner is awful. The application is streaky and uneven, and the liquid dries up despite the cap being on and the crusty dried liner end up on your eye. I have tried liners under $8 that are better. I wasn't able to exchange it in time so now I just have to trash it.
Worst eyeliner I've bought
It does the job, but you'll struggle. Its like an expo marker where it comes off if you write on top of it. I cant curl my lashes after I have it on or it'll come off too.

Easy to use.
This is one of the best eyeliners I have ever used. Easy to shape your eyes. Smudge proof. It's long lasting, yet washes off easily. I can't believe it's an Ulta brand.
