Worst eyeliner!!
This is the worst eyeliner I've ever used. It smudges like crazy. The worst thing an eyeliner pen could do is smudging, unfortunately this one will not stop smudging and gave me horrible panda eyes. Top doesn't stay on well and dried out
After only a few days of using, I noticed the cap didnt stay on well/clasp in place. While in a bag with my other makeup, the top came loose and the entire eyeliner dried out. So disappointing because I couldnt use for my trip and a total waste of money.
Great first use, dried out fast.

Please bring back the original Micro Felt tip Liner. This pencil has the same name but it's not as good as the original. I appreciated the skinny pencil and the quality was way better before.
